Estimate Your Cost

The rate is $199/person + tax for the entire weekend (starting Thursday through Sunday).

Reservations are made by the room, and rooms are priced based on full occupancy. For example, a room which accommodates 3 guests is priced at the current rate x 3, even if there are less than 3 guests reserving the room.

 Check In/Out

Check-in as early as 6:00 am on Thursday. Check-out time is 3:00 pm on Sunday.

 Extend Your Weekend

Arrive on Wednesday or check out on Monday for only $50/person more. There is a 3 person minimum for this option.

Or get a late 10pm same-day checkout if you want a full day but don't want 

 Deposit

A $250 deposit is charged to your card at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied to your total amount due. We will automatically charge any remaining balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.

 Discount Codes

If you qualify for one of the discounts below, enter that code when making your reservation, and your total will be adjusted accordingly!

  • house - If you are reserving the house (all 3 bedrooms), your stay is free as the organizer!
  • repeatguest - If you stayed with us in the last 30 days, everyone gets 10% off their rate!
  • combodiscount - If you are reserving the house AND stayed in the last 30 days, your stay is free & everyone else gets 10% off their rate!
  • lastminute - If you are reserving a date in the next 30 days, everyone gets 25% off their rate! For example, if today is March 1, and you are reserving the weekend of March 24-27 (within 30 days from today).

Discounts cannot be combined and are only valid on regular weekend rates, not already discounted rates or early/late checkout options.
