Q. Can I book the entire house at once?
A. Yes. Simply use our online reservation system to reserve all the rooms. You'll receive a discount for booking all the rooms at once.
Q. What are your check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in is at 6:00 a.m. and check-out is 3:00 p.m.
Q. Can I come by myself or with a small group?
Reservations are made by the room, not per person. If you have a small group, you can find one of our smaller rooms that can accommodate your needs. Occasionally we open our rooms up to singles - sign up for our Small Group alert to be notified of these openings.
Q. Can I come early or stay late?
A. All reservations include arrival on the Thursday before your weekend at no additional cost. You can extend your stay by arriving as early as Wednesday and/or staying until Monday for a small fee. Our McKinney Inn has a 3 person minumum for this option, and our Tyler Inn has a 4 person minimum.
Q. Can I stay during the week?
A. We do not accept weekday reservations - all reservations require a Friday & Saturday night stay.

About Chef Service
Q. Do you offer chef service?
A. Yes. We can arrange to have our chefs prepare, cook, serve, and clean up 5 meals for you during your stay. Meals include dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. Chef service is available at an additional cost. Please visit the particular Inn's page to view pricing.
Q. Can we cook for ourselves?
A. Yes. Our kitchens are fully equipped with dinnerware, silverware and small appliances that you can use. If the chef will be cooking during your stay, we ask that you have the kitchen clean and available to them two hours before and after each service so they can prepare your meals and clean up.
Q. We have less than 12 people in our group. Can we still have the chef service?
A. Our chefs require a minimum of 12 people to use their service. If you have less than 12 people in your group, we will contact the other groups to inquire their interest in also having chef service if you like. If no other groups have your weekend booked, you may still reserve chef service by paying for 12 people regardless of the number of people in your group.

Q. What is your Frequent Stay Rewards Program?
A. Our Frequent Stay Rewards Program allows you to stay for free after every 5th paid visit! After you've enjoyed your weekend with us, simply log into your account and enter your reservation number. Whenever you have stayed with us 5 times, your next visit is free! Stay 5 more times, and get another free weekend! Reservations from both our Inns count towards your free stay. You can choose to redeem your free stay at either Inn as well.

A. No. You can create as many affiliate accounts as you like for free.

Q. Can I use my own materials for advertisements or banners?
A. Yes, with approval. Please send us your materials in advance so we can approve them before they are used.
Q. How do I find out if a click through was referred from my site?
A. In the Traffic Logs section, you have an overview of all leads referred from your site.
Q. What is a conversion?
A. A conversion is when someone clicks on your affiliate link or ad that you placed on your site.
Q. What if a conversion is not showing up?
A. There are a few things that may cause this:
- Your link code is not correct. You can find the correct usage here.
- The visitor in question has previously clicked your link or another affiliate's link and the cookie has not yet expired. For more info about cookies, see below.
- The conversion does not fall within the date range you selected on your report.
Q. How is a cookie used to track affiliates?
A. When a visitor clicks on an affiliate link, a cookie (text file) is stored on their computer, containing the affiliate's ID. This cookie is used to determine which affiliate receives credit for the conversion. Cookies expire after 14 days.
Q. How do I get paid?
A. Your commissions accrue in your account. You can redeem your commissions for a credit towards future Memory Lane Inn reservations. Simply let us know you want to redeem your affiliate commissions after you've made your reservation, and before we charge you for the final balance. We do not currently pay our affiliates in cash.
Q. Is there a minimum commission amount required for a payout?
A. Yes, you must have a minimum of $20 available in commissions before requesting a payout.
